1Who is responsible
The operator of this website is the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach us through Contact or, when signed in, Support.
2What we collect
- Account data — username, email address, password hash (never the password), email-verification status, registration date.
- Wallet and payout data — balances, ledger entries, withdrawal requests and the payout details you enter: USDT wallet address and network, or bank details (country, bank name, account holder, account and card number).
- Viewing data — which videos you opened, session start and end, the measured watch time and the result of each claim.
- Security data — IP address, browser and device type, approximate country, sign-in attempts, and risk signals derived from them (for example several accounts on one connection).
- Support conversations — the messages you send us and any image or PDF attachments, together with the replies and ticket status.
- Referral data — who invited whom and the resulting commission entries.
- Notifications and emails — in-site notifications and the transactional emails we send to you.
We do not use third-party advertising cookies, social-media pixels or cross-site tracking.
3Why we use it (and our legal basis)
- To provide the service (contract): running your account, validating viewings, paying rewards and processing withdrawals.
- To keep the platform secure (legitimate interest): detecting fraud and abuse, rate limiting, protecting accounts and answering disputes.
- To meet legal duties: accounting, tax and anti-money-laundering record keeping where they apply.
- To help you (contract / legitimate interest): answering support tickets and sending account emails.
- With your consent: anything optional we may add in the future; you can withdraw consent at any time.
Automated checks are used to score fraud risk. They do not by themselves permanently close an account — a person reviews contested decisions (see the Anti-Fraud Policy).
4Support conversations and attachments
Files you attach to a ticket (images and PDF, each under 5 MB) are stored in a private folder that is not publicly accessible. They can be opened only by you while signed in and by authorised support staff. Please do not upload documents you do not want us to see; blur sensitive numbers in screenshots where they are not needed to solve the problem.
7How long we keep data
- Account and profile data — while your account is open, then deleted or anonymised after closure where the law allows.
- Financial ledger, withdrawal and fraud records — kept for the period required by accounting, tax and anti-fraud obligations, even after the account is closed. They are restricted to authorised administrators.
- Support tickets and attachments — kept for as long as needed to help you and to answer later disputes; you can ask us to delete them (subject to the point above).
- Security logs — kept for a limited period, then removed.
8How we protect it
Passwords are hashed; requests that change data are verified on the server and protected against forgery; sign-in and claiming are rate limited; sensitive actions are logged; uploaded files are checked by type and size and stored privately. No online service is perfectly secure — if an incident affects your data, we will notify you as the law requires.
9Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, restrict or stop some processing, or delete it. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interest and complain to your data-protection authority.
Send a request through Support (choose “Account & verification”) or Contact. We verify that the request comes from the account email and reply within 30 days. If something must be kept (for example ledger records), we tell you exactly what and why.
10International transfers
Data is processed where our servers and providers are located. When it leaves your region we rely on the safeguards the law requires, such as standard contractual clauses.
11Children
The Platform is for adults only. If we learn that someone under 18 has registered, we close the account.
12Changes to this policy
When we make a material change we announce it in the site. The “last updated” date at the top always shows the current version.
13Contact
Privacy questions, requests or complaints: Support for members, Contact for everyone else.
