1Why this policy exists
Advertisers pay for real attention from real people. Fraud takes money from honest members and from advertisers, and it can make the whole platform unsustainable. We therefore monitor activity and act on abuse.
2What we look for
- Automation — bots, scripts, macros, headless browsers or tools that watch and claim without a person present.
- Multiple accounts — several accounts for one person, or accounts sharing device, connection or payout destination.
- Referral abuse — self-referrals, fake invitees, referral rings.
- Tampering — attempts to alter timers, replay sessions, forge requests or bypass limits and verification.
- Suspicious payouts — withdrawals that do not match account history, stolen or false payout details, or attempts to launder funds.
3How detection works
The server controls the clock and the rules: sessions are issued and timed by the server, every claim is checked against limits, and each account builds a risk score from signals such as connection and device patterns, speed and timing of actions, and referral relationships. A high score does not equal guilt — it means a person should take a closer look.
4What happens if something looks wrong
- ReviewA rewards claim or withdrawal may be held while we check it. Your funds remain visible in your history.
- ContactWe may ask you questions or for proof through your support conversation.
- DecisionWe release the item, decline it, reverse unfair rewards, or restrict the account. Serious or repeated abuse can lead to permanent closure.
- NoticeYou are told the outcome and, wherever we safely can, the reason.
We may not describe our detection signals in detail, because doing so would help fraudsters.
5How to appeal
If you believe a decision is wrong, open a ticket in Support (category “Account & verification”) and explain what happened. You can attach screenshots or documents (images or PDF, each under 5 MB). A person who did not make the original decision reviews it, and we aim to answer within the response time shown on the Contact page.
6Staying safe
- Use one account, and watch videos yourself on your own device.
- Keep your email verified and your password unique.
- Do not share your account, referral link abuse or payout details.
- If you share a home or office network with another member, tell us through Support so that we can note it.
7Report abuse
Know of fraud or a security weakness? Tell us through Contact (subject “Report fraud or abuse”). We treat reports confidentially and take them seriously.
