4Withdrawal and payment risks
- Each method has a minimum amount, a fee and a processing time; withdrawals are reviewed and can be held for security checks.
- USDT: blockchain transfers are irreversible. A wrong address or the wrong network (TRC20 vs BEP20) can mean permanent loss. Double-check before you confirm.
- Bank transfers: wrong or incomplete details can cause delays, returned payments and charges from your bank.
- Network or bank fees outside our control may reduce what you receive.
5Your account is your responsibility
